Do you know this guy?
It is Mike Rowe of the Discovery Channel Show DIRTY JOBS.
Of course you knew it. We all did.
But did you know that Mike is an Eagle Scout? Yep, Troop 16 in Baltimore.
Mike was recently featured in the EAGLELETTER, a quarterly newsletter of the National Eagle Scout Association. The article discusses the fact that you have the drive to become an Eagle and that there has been nothing in his career not connected to his time in Scouting! Wow! Skills that you can learn which can last a lifetime.
As Mike says:
The Scout law is still one of the best guides for living you'll find. But if you are going to deliberately ignore one element, make it "clean." It's overrated.
