Sunday Morning Breakfast - Hashbrown Omlet
(or at least that is what I call it).
Everyone liked it. A couple of lessons learned from cooking this meal:
1. More coals are needed than the recipe calls from. Probably about 35 or so.
2. Cook the hashbrowns and onions first.
3. We used "brown and serve sausages" and pre-cooked bacon. A HUGE time saver.
4. More seasoning is needed - pepper and salt. Hot sauce is an option.
5. Feeds 8 to 10 normal people or 7-8 hungry Scouts.
