Scout Sunday February 5, 2017 (Part 1)

The 12th Point of the Scout Law is that a Scout is Reverent!   Each year, usually on the first Sunday (or Saturday) of February, Troop 466 celebrates Scout Sunday.  Here are some photos from that event.

Scout Sunday: A Scout is Reverent

Each year, Troop 466, along with Pack 466 and all of the various Girl Scout units, celebrate Scout Sunday at St. John the Evangelist Church. In fact, we invite all Scouts, regardless of where they meet, to join us.

This year, instead of having cake, fruit, etc., after Mass, we decided to head over and support one of the other youth groups (iGroup) at their pancake breakfast.

Here are a couple of photos for you of the day. Enjoy!

From the Troop Archives: Scout Sunday 2006

How many of these young men and adult leaders can you identify?

Mr. Campion (Cubmaster at the time) and some of the Cubs. Msgr. English in the background.

What a good looking bunch of guys!
