On Feb. 17, 1967, the Troop decided to say overnight at Hilltop House in Harper's Ferry, West Virginia.
Of the 110 in attendance, 90 were Scouts. For a total of $1210, each person received dinner, overnight accommodations, breakfast and lunch. Taxes and gratuities were included.
